About the event
Ladies welcome to Embraced Hearts Community spring women's circle - Renew and Rebirth mini retreat.
We will come together in community to create and embrace a shared experience among other like hearted women as we embrace spring.
Validation, empowerment, mutual support and guidance from our retreat hostesses Jo Mazgay and Anita Blaszczak Dizgun through mediation, movement, hands on activities and soul soothing tea.
All create an environment to foster growth, connection, healing and mental wellness.
